Abstract

The organization leader has a significant role in organizational success. Many of the research already discuss the critical role of leaders in many fields of organization. In the term of small business, especially in the new venture, leadership has a significant role in bringing the business to achieve the successes. Nevertheless, an in-charge leader never could separate from their cultural values that usually influence their perception and implement in their behavior. This research will find out how cultural values shape an entrepreneur's leadership behavior. The research focus is on Chinese cultural attributes that are accepted as part of valuable behavior.  This behavior is believed as part of a successful entrepreneurial firm. The research using the qualitative research method, gathering the data from focus research discussion The research using the qualitative research method, gathering the data from focus research discussion—the data process using NVIVO to come out the research result by thematic analyses. The result shows that cultural aspect representing with confusian values found in entrepreneurial leadership. these behavior related to moral character, human heartedness, human relationship, life long learning and moderation.  The emphasis values that significant for entrepreneurial leadership in entrepreneurial firm is Renjing and Quanxi. The result of this research is significant as the primary step to develop attributes of successful entrepreneurial leaders.
