Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of education and training, knowledge management, the quality of tourism human resources on increasing tourist visits, either directly or indirectly. This research was conducted at the Bantaeng Regency Tourism Office with a sample of 83 people with the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Honorary, and contract employees and data collection techniques through observation, library research, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used is path analysis. This study indicates that training and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on the quality of human tourism resources at the Bantaeng Regency Tourism Office. Training and knowledge management have a positive and significant impact on the increase in tourist visits in Bantaeng Regency, the quality of tourism human resources at the Tourism Office of Bantaeng Regency has a positive and significant increase in tourist visits in Bantaeng Regency, training and knowledge management does not affect increasing tourist visits through the quality of human tourism resources at the Bantaeng Regency Tourism Office
