Abstract

Chew & Brew Milk Tea Station is a milk tea franchised shop under the food retail industry. Based in Pampanga, Philippines, it was started by Flavia and Karlo Esmas in San Fernando City. The business rose to popularity quickly, with three branches established just before it reached its second year. The organizational structure of the business is straightforward, and features four departments: finance and accounting, operations, production, and marketing. The current strategy of Chew & Brew is to innovate new products and make use of the service of food delivery couriers to entice customers to order. Regarding its computing environment, Chew & Brew merely makes use of Gmail, Messenger and Facebook for communication and advertising purposes, with a simple BOS system to aid their store operations. Chew & Brew could make use of a better method of keeping track of their inventory, or a Landing page which could serve to introduce their products to potential customers. Ultimately, the researchers recommend that Chew & Brew opt for creating a landing page, as its advantages are in line with the objectives of the business.
