This study proposes the optimization of the warehouse logistics process in a construction project through the application of Lean Construction tools and discrete-event simulation using Arena software. The initial diagnosis identified inefficiencies related to search times, errors in material selection, and stockouts. Methodologies such as 5S, ABC classification, Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), and Last Planner System (LPS) were applied to redesign the operational flow and improve inventory management. The simulation enabled a comparison between the baseline scenario and the improved scenario, showing significant reductions in process times and rework, as well as an increase in the service level (Fill Rate). The results confirm that the integration of Lean tools and simulation models constitutes an effective strategy, reducing logistics service time by 19.62%.
