Technologies are transforming supply chain management (SCM) in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, there are several obstacles in Bangladesh's way of achieving digital SCM, including those related to technology, skills, and the economy. The goal of this study is to prioritize these technologies by creating an integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework, also to identify the technologies and implementation factors for digitalizing the supply chain in Bangladesh under the Industry 4.0 environment. By using DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) and COBRA (Comprehensive Distance Based Ranking) techniques, the study was able to evaluate and rank the technologies that are necessary to achieve SCM 4.0. Five industry experts specifically rated and ranked technologies considering the following factors: Economic Feasibility, Technological Compatibility, Skill and Human Resource Requirements, Impact on Supply Chain Efficiency, Risk and Security Challenges, and a few others. According to DEMATEL analysis, "Impact on Supply Chain Efficiency" came in first place, highlighting the significance of improvements in SCM performance brought about by Internet of things (IoT), Artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud computing. The main focus of these factors, according to the COBRA ranking order, is on cloud computing and big data analytics since they are more cost-effective and provide higher returns on investment. This study highlights the necessity of deploying technologies to facilitate a strategic SCM 4.0 with numerous components and suggests investigating hybrid models to advance technology adoption frameworks. This framework aims to support industry actors and policymakers in identifying challenges to overcome and maximizing the advantages of SCM 4.0
