The company is dedicated to rental cars, which has more than 150 employees working in 19 branch offices across the country; as a result, the company is looking for a way to standardize the main functions of the employees and train them without the need to move employees from one branch to another, or that it is a training that lasts for days. Given the above requirements of the client, it was decided to conduct two projects in the company to improve the company and its subsidiaries.
