Biography
Leonor Frazao is pursuing her PhD in the University of Bristol, UK, on Muon Tomography, a technique that uses cosmic muons as probes to find high-Z nuclear materials in objects such as nuclear waste. She graduated in Engineering Physics in 2014 from the Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, with a master thesis on Positron Emission Tomography, in collaboration with LIP Lisbon and CERN.
