Biography

I am working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at York University, Toronto in collaboration with CTRI, Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. My expertise is on the biological remediation of industrial residues (acid mine drainage, mine tailing, and polluted soils) by developing potential strains using metabolic engineering to scale up the technology. I have also experienced in fermentation technology; enzyme production and purification; characterization of lignocellulosic and metallurgical waste.
