Abstract
This paper report a new three-dimensional chaotic system with stable equilibrium. We investigate its dynamic properties through equilibrium analysis phase portraits, rest point and their stability, Lyapunov exponent, Kaplan-Yorke fractal dimension, etc. Furthermore. The synchronization result show that the master and slave circuits can be synchronized by making changes to chaos parameters. The final focus electronic circuit design of the new chaotic system using multiSIM is described in detail to confirm the fesibility of the theoretical chaotic model.
