Abstract

This article contains the efficacy of Heartfulness meditation leading to inner transformation toward facing the challenges of life and treading the path to honorable exit from any situation. I came across a medium that connected me to a healthy lifestyle coach, guiding me to follow plant based whole food (PBWF) diet, intermittent fasting (IF) and 10k walk. Complete details of health issues, food as medicine, required fasting, autophagy and outcome are provided in reference [1]. A summery is provided here and five additional testimonials are given.  These include me and 5 other individuals (Bob Rapson, Bob Clarkson, Jenna Whitaker, Rabi Bhattacharya and Ken Lawry). There are lots more individuals who have taken advantage of this lifestyle. The diet and lifestyle changes are such that, if followed correctly, it takes care of most of the health issues.

The following key steps are instrumental in accomplishing the healthy life style:

  1. Drink 2 glasses of warm water in the morning without brushing.
  2. Fix a widow for eating in the day (start with 9 to 10 hours and reduce to 8 hours a day). No eating or drinking out of this window. Water is allowed.
  3. Plant based whole foods including fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, no processed foods.
  4. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of green vegie/ fruit juice a day. Eat vegetarian meals without processed oil and ingredients.
  5.  Walk 10k steps a day.

Keywords: Plant based whole food, intermittent fasting, Healthy lifestyle, Autophagy, Fasting.
