Abstract

Automatic Seeds Sawing Machine

Automatic Sawing Machine is an a bachelors Design At  Departments of Mechanical Engineering at the Yanbu Industrial College in Saudi Arabia. Innovation Seeds Sawing Machine has remarkable influence in Agriculture . The basic objective of Sawing operation is to put the seeds and fertilizers in rows at desired depth and seed to seed spacing , cover the seeds with soil and provide proper compaction over the seed. This is Machine works by Motor it connected by Shaft and Sprocket when it works the Sprocket moves and rotate the shaft by using Chain in addition to that it has two Digger in the front it digs the soil by 2 cm and there are two Wheel on the middle which covering by two  boxes for the seeds when it moves the Seeds full down on the rows which made by tow diggers and the diggers on the back compact the soil over the seeds. By using this innovated project of seed of Sowing Machine we can control the seed depth  and proper utilization that can be done with less loss. Also we can save more time required for Sowing process such as Reduce manpower, Minimize working time, Reduce human error and Increase the seeds consistency and also Reduces a lot of labor cost.
