Abstract
Identification of priorities contributes to optimal resource allocation of funds particularly when working on a certain budget. It is thus important to prioritize projects before funding especially during times of crisis brought by either man-made or natural calamities. This paper focuses on the multi factor evaluation of approved projects using Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) and evaluates six (6) alternatives. This study considered fifteen (15) decision makers and five (5) criteria in the evaluation.
