Abstract
Indonesia is one of the countries prone to natural disasters, because geographically Indonesia is crossed by the Pacific Ring Fire Zone and the Alpide belt, and also Indonesia is at the tectonic plate meeting. West Bandung Regency as part of the territory in Indonesia, is inseparable from the threat of disaster. The Internet of Things plays an important role in disaster management and preparation. Several other studies have proven this. The lack of research on the architecture of natural disasters in developing countries encourages the authors to conduct this research. In this study, a disaster preparedness architecture was created with a case study in West Bandung regency, Indonesia. The architecture created is expected to help the Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management or BNPB in responding to a disaster in their area.
