Abstract
The growth of commercial aviation in Indonesia is increasing and making the potential growth of MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) company. Tight competition among MRO companies in Indonesia demands the right quality management strategy in order to compete globally. This reseach objective is to find a implementation of quality management strategy for Indonesian aircraft MRO companies. This research methodology based on Kano Model, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) matrix, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to understand and analyze customer’s need. The results of this study are strategies that can be applied by Indonesian aircraft MRO companies to improve product quality and maintain company’s competitive advantage.
