Abstract

This paper constitutes the discussion of doctoral dissertation, as the author of this paper has obtained his doctoral degree. The purpose of this paper is to examine hypothesis acceptance of effect of trilogy of service innovation’s antecedents through service innovation to achieve performance. This paper elaborates trilogy of service innovation’s antecedents and its implication on toward both financial and non financial performance in banking industry. Banking industry and its service innovation constitutes important phenomenon within digital era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Furthermore, this paper conveys novelty research not only its theoretical aspects but also its empirical study within Indonesia Settings and Regulations.  Research methodology in this paper refers to Mixed Methods Research Approach, known as QUAN Qual emphasized. In this paper, quantitative approach refers to research questionnaire and software of SmartPLS 3.0 as data interpretation within Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Meanwhile, the qualitative approach in this paper refers to in-depth interview and software of NVIVO 11 pro and plus. As the results of this paper, mixed methods approach provides the examination of the acceptance of hypothesis of trilogy antecedents, service innovation and performance. Ultimately, this dissertation paper provides both theoretical contribution and managerial implications within Indonesia Settings and Global Perspectives.
