This study focuses on the implementation of Lean Warehousing and ABC methodologies in a distribution company to optimize warehouse operations and improve the service level. The results showed an increase in the service level by 5.8% and a reduction of the return rate to 30.2%. An exhaustive analysis was carried out to identify and eliminate waste such as waiting times and unnecessary movements, designing an implementation plan tailored to the company's specific needs. This plan included the reorganization of the warehouse, the reduction of inventories using the ABC multi-criteria method, and the application of Lean Warehousing. The results showed significant improvements in the level of service, reduction of delivery times, reduction of order errors and an increase in customer satisfaction, as well as an optimization of resources and reduction of operating costs.
