Processing the data using the SPSS version 22 computer program and processed again with a validity test with an expected value of r> 0.3 and a reliability test with a Cronbach alpha standard value> 0.60. Technical analysis of the data using path analysis (Path Analysis) with linear regression equations and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the Bidikmisi scholarship has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation (2) the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation (3) the Bidikmisi scholarship has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement (4) the learning environment positive and significant effect on student learning achievement (5) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement (6) Bidikmisi scholarship has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement through student learning motivation (7) learning environment has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement through student learning motivation.
