Abstract

SMEs are a domain of great interest to researchers because the unique SME phenomenon, on the one hand, has an important role in the country's economy, but on the other hand SMEs have many limitations. This research is one that takes SMEs as the object of research with the aim of elevating the business level through validated learning. Validated learning is a learning method where this concept brings together 3 things, namely build, learn, measure, the three concepts combine in a life cycle. In addition to building validated learning for SMEs, this research also combines validated learning methods with a knowledge management system so that the knowledge generated in validated learning can be used optimally by SMEs in the future. The research method uses a qualitative approach to identify SMEs problems. Literature review is used to find methods for increasing the level of SMEs business with information technology.
