This study proposes an integrated logistics improvement model aimed at increasing the On Time In Full (OTIF) indicator in a Peruvian company engaged in the commercialization and refurbishment of multifunction printing equipment. The initial diagnosis identified critical inefficiencies in warehouse organization, inventory planning, and facility layout configuration, which negatively affected service reliability and operational flow. The objective was to achieve an internal OTIF target of 76%. To address these issues, a sequential model integrating 5S methodology, ABC classification, demand forecasting, inventory policies through Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) was implemented. Validation was conducted through a comparative before-and-after analysis complemented by process simulation. The results showed a significant improvement in OTIF performance, increasing from 50.9% to 77.8%. Overall, the proposed model proved effective in strengthening warehouse management, enhancing service performance, and contributing to sustainable operational practices.
