This report was prepared on a personal interest subject and applies theoretical dispatching rules to a practical scenario. For this reason, there may be places where the relevant rules and patterns are not followed. In this report, scheduling and rescheduling on identical parallel machine systems are discussed. The principles on which the scheduling will be made at the beginning of the process and how the currently used rule will be applied by rescheduling in case of problems that arise are discussed. In addition, the algorithms are shared for relevant dispatching rules. After explaining the dispatching rules used in the report, which are the basis of production planning, a problem will be discussed following in the report. The solution stages of the problem were done via Excel usage. All kinds of graphics, tables and diagrams used were prepared via Excel. In the conclusion section, the methods used are compared. The best in the options and the most efficient answer will be selected according to different priorities for the problem.
