This research focused on Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies exploration in addressing the challenges that is connected to supplier at Aerospace Company, a leading South African of high-quality spacecraft parts manufacturer. With mixed-methods approach application, data analysis combination, structural interviews with procurement, production, and staff quality assurance, the research reveals major challenges and proposes a technology-driven framework. The objective of this research is to enhance supplier collaboration, performance, and traceability using blockchain, IoT, AI, and real-time analytics. The main outcomes reveal that 4IR technologies implementation can result in improved supplier reliability, lead times reduction, and quality control improvement. This research enables a practical framework for Aerospace Company to support smarter, faster, and more reliable decision-making in the aerospace industry.
