Little is known about the interrelationships among the key practices namely Industry 4.0 technologies (IN4), Cloud Enterprises Resource Planning (CE) and Industries Performance (IP) within the context of Palestinian environment. This paper examines the linkages between these to realize their conceivable combination. Accordingly, a conceptual model is developed to better understand the nature of this nexus. Three direct hypothesis and one mediation structure for CE is formulated. The developed questionnaire with multi items is validated from relevant academics and industry experts. Refer to key respondents’ opinion, Amos 25 were considered for data analysis and hypotheses testing. Findings show that the impact of IN4 on both IP and CE are supported; these can be combined together, whereas the link between CE and IP is not supported. Besides, CE is not indicated as mediator among IN4 and IP. These findings can direct Palestinian managers to focus more on real adoption of resource planning system as these modern technologies may generate benefits on the long run approach.
