Vehicle project management is characterized by complex, heterogeneous processes and extended lifecycles, posing significant organizational challenges. While traditional techniques like Gantt charts are widely employed, they often lack the sophistication required to manage such intricacy. This study introduces the efficient usage of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to streamline these complex processes. This approach provides a standardized visual representation that facilitates clear and efficient collaboration among all stakeholders. We demonstrate the practical implementation of these processes based on BPMN within Software as a Service (SaaS) framework, presenting a scalable and accessible solution for modern automotive organizations.
