In recent times, the increasing demand for cost-effective, flexible, and autonomous systems that can be controlled by IoT has spurred the development of mobile and remotely controlled monitoring systems. In addition to the prior knowledge, this paper explains an innovative IoT-based surveillance system that integrates real-time video broadcasting and remotely controllable features using the ESP32-CAM board to implement efficient wireless streaming by comprehensively examining behavioral patterns of the target. This prototype is designed to display video at the QVGA (320*240) resolution and still have a low latency of less than 500 ms and thus a stable operation over a 30-meter wireless range. Its architectural configuration ensures accurate locomotion during the regulation of an L298N motor driver, which is being supplemented with an advanced power management subsystem that enhances its sustainable operation, thus making it well adapted to long-lasting deployment. A web interface is user friendly in this case, providing ease of navigation on smartphones or desktop computers, enabling easy remote control regardless of geographic position. The prototype was tested under indoor conditions and confirmed effective and extensively flexible tool for IoT security concerns so that it can create a fully open and extensible platform capable of supporting a wide range of surveillance needs. This design goes beyond the traditional concept of a camera; it is a new paradigm of preserving the surroundings of any individual.
