Electric vehicles (EVs) are the first significant move to sustainable transport. It is important to comprehend the main reasons that can motivate the consumers to switch to EVs in terms of research and practice. The paper uses Analytic hierarchy Process (AHP) to systematically rank the criteria that are necessary in the development of an EV bike, incorporating views obtained through research and the survey. The factors include Consumer Awareness, integration of Tech, Charging Infrastructure, Electric drive system, and Regulatory Standards and Safety, Vehicle design, battery technology and cost competitiveness. Additional major aspects that have been taken into consideration are charging facilities, range, maintenance comfort and social impact. The study emphasizes the importance of a systematic, data-driven approach such as AHP being able to determine and quantify the most significant factors influencing the designing of EV bikes. The chosen criteria were prioritized in 3D modeling and designing of an EV bike, which in turn involved technical innovation with user-oriented preferences. Using AHP to prioritize key factors demonstrates that focusing on the most important criteria results in successful design solutions. The paper focuses on initial cases of electric vehicles (EVs), with future intentions to collaborate for more advanced and progressive outcomes.
