This project, carried out during my training at Yanmar, focused on improving efficiency, safety, and usability in prefabrication and sheet metal processes. Key tasks included reducing scratches during sheet handling, enhancing accident-prevention measures, simplifying digital workflows, organizing storage racks, and developing knowledge-sharing presentations. Through direct observation and operator feedback, practical solutions were proposed that combine technical improvements with humancentered design. The outcomes show how small, systematic changes can significantly improve productivity and workplace safety in industrial environments
