In Indonesia, the target implementation of the National SDGs as outlined in the 2025–2029 RPJMN is overseen by the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transportation. In villages, the SDGs become a medium-term program that is highly localized, adapted to the community in accordance with aspects of social life and the environment. The current condition of villages in Indonesia, particularly in Bali, shows that many evaluations of SDG program absorption have been carried out; however, further improvement and development programs are constrained due to the absence of accurate and up-to-date village potential data. Specifically in Pasedahan Village, the study location, the village has an area of 0.61 km². Although relatively small in size, Pasedahan Village holds significant potential as it is adjacent to Tenganan Tourism Village. The use of drones as mapping tools is widely applied in mapping projects, employing photogrammetry methods. Photogrammetry is considered effective and efficient for spatial planning mapping, as this method can capture wide coverage areas from close range with high accuracy in a short time. The resulting photo maps usually have a large scale, making them very useful for planning purposes (Iwan, 2023). This research serves as a solution for the government, especially Pasedahan Village, in realizing future SDG programs. The main output is the creation of a village base map and a village potential map, which will assist the village government in addressing data-related issues for achieving the SDGs. The process begins with the dissemination of QGIS mapping results among village officials and community leaders involved. A Focus Group Discussion (FGD) is then conducted to formulate infrastructure work programs and improve the baseline achievement scores of SDGs in the field of infrastructure. The method for calculating the increase in SDG achievement percentage based on goals and indicators includes several stages: identification of goals and targets, selection of indicators, data collection, data analysis, and calculation of progress. Based on the results, the achievement rate of the SDG program in 2024 is 65.57%. Subsequently, infrastructure improvements and complementary activities are carried out, resulting in an additional 25.61%. Therefore, the expected achievement by 2026 is 91.18%.
