The objective of this research was to propose a solution to the delay in order delivery in a Peruvian SME dedicated to the production of plastic containers, using lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, and standardized work. The 5S methodology was used to organize and organize the area, Kanban to control and improve the pace of work, and standardized work to ensure that everyone follows the same method. Through a pilot test, it was validated that this solution reduces the delivery time of generated orders to competitive levels in the industry. Furthermore, the pilot test resulted in a 45.5% reduction in delivery time.
