Industry 5.0 marks a shift towards manufacturing that prioritizes human involvement, sustainability, and resilience. AI and digital twin technologies are reshaping job roles, skills, and organizational frameworks. This research examines global workforce transformation by comparing Western adaptability with Asian governments' scalability. Using literature, policy documents, and industrial, it suggests a framework aligning policy, technology, and workforce for inclusive Industry 5.0 transitions.
