Social performance management is becoming increasingly important as it directly affects risk management, market reputation, competitiveness, and has become a core pillar of ESG integration in the value chains. In today’s interconnected, dynamic, socially aware world, ignoring social performance is a business risk, whereas managing it is a strategic advantage. This study aims to understand the role of supply chain resilience and data analytics in enhancing an organization's social performance through their direct and mediating effects. To conduct this study, a quantitative research survey was designed using Google Forms, and data were collected from supply chain professionals through various modes, including social media platforms and personal connections. After completing the data collection, the data were initially scrutinized, and finally, 382 responses were selected for the final analysis. The data analysis was done using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that organizational supply chain resilience and analytics capabilities strongly influence (β = 0.509 and β = 0.487, respectively) the organization's social performance. Moreover, the mediating role of data analytics capabilities between SC resilience and social performance confirms partial mediation (VAF 32.8%). The results highlight the importance of SC resilience and data analytics capabilities for achieving organizational social performance. These findings highlight the importance of resilience and data analytics capabilities for achieving social compliance. The findings can help practitioners, managers, and policymakers to devise holistic and integrated approaches for improving the social performance of organizations. This can help organizations to position themselves better for sustainable growth, stakeholders’ trust, and compliance.
