The development of self-reliance skills is the essential point for prisoners in detention center, as it plays important part of the correctional system. Self-reliance training activities at the Depok Class I Detention Centre, which are considered capable of developing well, namely Bimbingan Kegiatan (Bimgiat) program on coffee making activities with the product name Krabu Coffee and silhouette handicrafts. These two activities are the featured work of the Prisoners of Correction (Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan). This research using digital marketing concept, especially in social media marketing. As the results, the creativity of these prisoners has not been maximized in marketing, especially in the application of social media to the products of the prisoners, the purpose of this study is to find out how marketing through social media on superior products of prisoners of the Class 1 Depok detention center. The use of social media terms in social marketing including content, context, hashtag, sharing, and engagement is the basis for seeing whether the application of social media use by the Class I Depok Detention Center has been carried out properly. The research method uses in-depth interviews with the Head of the Detention Center and employees who are key informants in this study. The interview results show the application of content and context has not been fully used, the use of hashtag and sharing has been done but not intense, and there has been no engagement strategy implemented.
