This study aims to analyze the forms of harassment and the characteristics of black companies featured in Anime Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead. Black company is a term often used by the Japanese for companies known to exploit their employees through excessive working hours, oppressive work systems, inappropriate wages, and violations of workers' rights. The research utilizes Tsuno's (2015) Harassment theory to identify the forms of workplace harassment present in the anime Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead. This research employs a descriptive, qualitative method with a visual approach, complemented by a literature review. The visual approach is useful for analyzing and presenting images that depict acts of harassment. At the same time, the literature review is useful for strengthening the analysis, particularly in understanding the concept of harassment and work culture in Japan. The results of the research show that the main character and her coworkers experience three forms of harassment: pawahara, morahara, and sekuhara. This also reflects the characteristics of black companies, namely long working hours, low wages, the absence or hindrance of employees from taking leave, unpaid overtime, and harassment. This anime is not only entertainment, but also a means of criticizing the work system in Japan that harms workers.
