Virtual Reality (VR) enhanced education has emerged as a promising tool for leadership development by offering immersive and interactive experiences. This literature review synthesizes current research on VR-based leadership training, particularly as it relates to introverted individuals, who often face unique challenges in traditional leadership development models. While conventional training typically favors extroverted traits, VR provides an opportunity to create environments that accommodate diverse personality types. This review examines foundational leadership theories, the role of personality in leadership performance, and the application of VR in education. It identifies a significant gap in the literature concerning VR-based leadership training tailored to introverts, highlighting the need for further research into its effectiveness and implementation.
