The study aims to reveal the relationship between managing green supply chains and giving it a competitive advantage to the Arab Potash Company. A questionnaire was distributed to employees of various departments. The results are to indicate an impact of implementing green supply chains on the company gaining a competitive advantage and its impact on increased profits and investment. In addition to an increase in demand from suppliers, it is also possible that companies that use green technologies have a better reputation and are more attractive to environmentally sensitive consumers. The researchers recommend that companies in general, and the potash company in particular, adopt green supply chains and green purchasing and implement all strategies related to them, which will give them a competitive advantage, which will be reflected in increased demand and profits.
