In a business environment characterized by accelerated digital transformations and growing global demands, leaders must be equipped with soft and technological skills to effectively address contemporary challenges. This study develops an innovative business model that integrates tourism and experiential learning experiences to enhance essential competencies in leaders and professionals, fostering their personal and professional growth. The proposed approach seeks to bridge the gap between the skills demanded by the market and the often theoretical and decontextualized traditional training programs.

The research adopts a mixed-methods methodology, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. A comprehensive literature review and case analysis were conducted to identify deficiencies in current soft and technological skill training. Subsequently, tools such as Buyer Person, empathy mapping, and surveys targeting business professionals were designed to validate the identified needs. Additionally, macro environment analysis (PESTLE) and competitive environment analysis (Porter's Five Forces) informed the development of a robust value proposition and a business model tailored to market conditions. Creating and validating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was critical to testing the model's acceptance and refining its elements.

Key findings reveal that more than traditional training programs are needed to meet the current demands of the business environment, particularly in sectors affected by rapid technological advancements. Interviewed leaders emphasized the need for practical, flexible solutions that integrate experiential learning with developing critical skills. The validation of the MVP demonstrated strong acceptance of the experiential tourism model, confirming its potential to enhance participants' competencies while addressing gaps in existing programs. Furthermore, critical adjustments in design and implementation were identified, ensuring alignment with market demands and strengthening the initial proposal.

The findings highlight the importance of incorporating a holistic perspective in leadership development, combining personal growth with organizational goals. The experiential tourism approach fosters resilience and adaptability among participants and promotes cultural awareness and sustainable practices. These elements are increasingly critical in a globalized workforce, where leaders must navigate diverse environments and challenges. Additionally, the study underscores the role of collaboration with local communities, enhancing the program's social impact while creating mutually beneficial opportunities for stakeholders.

The study concludes that a business model based on experiential tourism and learning is a viable solution to address the training needs of business leaders in the present context. This practical approach enables participants to apply the acquired skills directly in their professional environments, increasing their organizational impact. Moreover, combining experiential learning methodologies and tourism elements offers a unique experience that aligns personal development with business productivity.

It is recommended that targeted marketing strategies be implemented for human resources leaders and professionals seeking innovation in team development. Moreover, incorporating emerging technologies, such as digital learning tools and management platforms, can enrich participants' experiences and ensure scalability. Strategic partnerships with companies and local communities should be promoted to strengthen the model's impact in target markets while fostering inclusivity and cultural exchange. Finally, continuous monitoring, feedback integration, and adaptive measures are emphasized to maintain the model's relevance and effectiveness in a globalized and evolving business landscape.
