_________________________________________________________________ Abstract Purpose of the study: Traditional tuition based education system was making self-learning complicated for Bangladeshi students. This paper aims to identify the changes in self learning approaches after the rise of Ai tools usage in education and EdTech Startups in Bangladesh. Findings: This dataset contains information on frequency of usage and benefits AI tools and EdTech platforms enrollment. From the dataset ChatGPT usage shows a positive skewness reflecting uneven adaptation, while Duolingo and Gradescope usage was balanced. In terms of kurtosis, it got moderate highlights, because time saving benefits shows moderate kurtosis and suggesting agreements show diverse response. Limitations and Future direction: The main limitation of this study is the small sample size and maximum responses were from people of urban socio-economic background.
