Abstract 

Purpose of the study: Traditional tuition based education system was making self-learning complicated for Bangladeshi students. This paper aims to identify the changes in self learning approaches after the  rise of Ai tools usage in education and EdTech Startups in Bangladesh.  
Methodology: This study examines the impact of AI tools and Edtech on self-learning in Bangladesh using secondary data collected by a survey with 12 questions from students from diverse locality and educational backgrounds. 

Findings: This dataset contains information on frequency of usage and benefits AI tools  and EdTech platforms enrollment. From the dataset ChatGPT usage shows a positive skewness reflecting uneven adaptation, while Duolingo and Gradescope usage was balanced. In terms of kurtosis, it got moderate highlights, because time saving benefits shows moderate kurtosis and suggesting agreements show diverse response. 
Implications: (Practical / Social /Theoretical): This study shows a change in self-learning among Bangladeshi student by using AI tools and Edtech Platforms improving accessibility, saving time and offering personalized solutions, emphasizing the need for further integration and optimization. 

Limitations and Future direction: The main limitation of this study is the small sample size and maximum responses were from people of urban socio-economic background. Future study should use a larger sample size and
