Kaizen, a Japanese term signifying the concept of continuous improvement, has become a pivotal strategy in enhancing productivity and efficiency across industries worldwide. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) like PRN RFL Group, Bangladesh hold a crucial role in most economies, surpassing large corporations in significance. They constitute the primary source of employment, impacting the lives of countless citizens. However, the abundance of available labor for SMEs presents a substantial productivity challenge within the industry. Addressing these challenges necessitates the application of methodologies such as Kaizen, emphasizing continuous improvement. By embracing Kaizen, SMEs can enhance productivity through the consistent engagement of workers in analyzing, devising, and implementing more efficient processes. Nonetheless, the implementation of Kaizen methodologies confronts its own set of challenges, recognized by enterprises of all sizes. Consequently, this paper offers an overview of implementing the Kaizen methodology to enhance kaizen implementation in small and medium enterprises lessons learned & best Practices at PRAN RFL Group in productivity, while also addressing the challenges associated with its application and proposing solutions. By embracing Kaizen methodologies, PRAN RFL endeavors to optimize processes, minimize waste, and elevate overall performance. This study highlights the significance of Kaizen in Prating organizational growth and competitiveness while emphasizing its role in fostering a dynamic and adaptive corporate environment within PRAN-RFL Group in Bangladesh.
