The need for material handling systems that are not only effective but also adaptable and risk-free is of the utmost importance in the modern, rapidly changing industrial scene. Traditional conveyor systems, despite their efficiency, sometimes lack flexibility and cleanliness. This is particularly evident in environments that necessitate strict adherence to hygiene standards or the handling of delicate goods. This research study showcases an innovative contactless conveyor system. This system makes use of a specialized aerodynamic traction mechanism to transport flat objects, such as food items, papers, and boxes, without causing them to come into contact with one another. Through the use of a pneumatic cushion and controlled aeration, the technology can allow fluid and contact-free posture. To provide an accurate representation of the system, we first construct a comprehensive model of it and then determine its parameters. With a rise time of 1.91 seconds for smaller goods and 3.46 seconds for larger objects, this study provides the framework for further inquiry and positions the contactless air conveyor as a possible game-changing solution in the realm of contemporary material transportation.
