This study looks into the weaknesses in Bangladesh's ready-made garment (RMG) supply chain, which was made public during the most recent political unrest. Its goal is to pinpoint important elements that are essential to the chain's long-term viability. Political unrest has had a major impact on the RMG industry, which is a major engine of Bangladesh's economy, impairing operations and supply chain effectiveness. This report classifies and ranks the primary elements that caused the disruption based on data gathered from industry stakeholders. It also emphasizes the crucial components needed to create an RMG supply chain that is strong enough to weather possible political upheavals in the future. The paper offers a strategic framework for policymakers and business leaders to reduce risks and shield the sector from additional change by methodically identifying these elements. The results provide a road map for improving resilience, stability, and sustainable growth in one of Bangladesh’s most vital industries.
