A Roll cage is a specially Engineered and constructed frame built in the passenger compartment of a vehicle to protect its occupants from being injured. In All Terrain Vehicle the main outer structure is that provides protection to the Driver any crash or rollover. The Roll cage is also acts as the vehicle main fame providing mountings to the component like suspension system, transmission system, and steering system. The material available for the fabrication of roll cage is AISI 4130 . The 3D solid modelling of roll cage is designed in the SolidWorks’ 2022 as per the requirements of vehicle sub-systems and assembly. The dynamic behavior of the roll cage is carried out in ANSYS workbench 2023 with different collisions like Front impact, Rear impact and rollover. The primary goal of the analysis is to design a roll cage that is both robust enough to withstand harsh conditions and lightweight to enhance vehicle performance. The objective is to achieve an optimal safety factor, ensuring that the ATV's roll cage remains secure under all circumstances.
