Abstract

Many cities nowadays struggle with traffic congestion during specific peak hours, which increases pollution, noise, and stress levels for residents. Integrated with automated cars, the Internet of Things-based Intelligent Management System (ITM) is used to identify and send information. In terms of automated processes and instant messaging, the Internet of Things (IoT) has been a rapidly developing invention.For picture classification of traffic, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used. By employing metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and Mean Absolute Error values of approximately 99.36%, 99.25%, 98.57%, and 0.72 respectively, the suggested approach outperforms current methods such as CNN, Capsule Neural Network, and Optimized Weight Elman Neural Network (OWENN).
