This research investigated the impact of internet applications on student satisfaction in higher education institutions.
A quantitative survey approach was applied, and the results were analyzed by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis
(CFA). A total of 254 students participated in this research to determine the student satisfaction level as well as
examine the relation between factors. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to examine the relations
between various factors in the conceptual model, which consisted of technological advancement, convenience,
resources, internet facilities and student satisfaction. Two out of four hypotheses about the relations between the five
factors were found to be supportive. The research results provided a positive impact to internet applications in higher
education institutions and reached maximum student satisfaction Also, the research was expected to widen the scope
of managing internet applications in other universities and subsequently be expanded to the industries.
