This study analyzes the impact of business process digitalization, self-efficacy, and family support on perceived work-life balance among public sector employees in four provinces of Indonesia: South Sumatra, Riau Islands, Jakarta, and Banten. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires from a sample of 378 respondents, all of whom are civil servants working in provincial offices, employed since at least 2018, over 25 years of age, and who voluntarily participated in this study. A non-probability purposive sampling method was used based on demographic characteristics and the study's objectives. Data collection was carried out using a survey questionnaire by online. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS23. The results of this research have important implications for organizational improvement, indicate that digitalization, self-efficacy, and family support have a positive and significant impact on work-life balance. Future research may explore variables such as workload, work flexibility, technology quality, and learning enthusiasm. The managerial implications emphasize the need for management to support employees in enhancing digital skills, self-efficacy, and integrating family support.
