Revenues in the global logistics industry are projected to increase over the next few years. In Indonesia, the projected revenue will reach US$21.93 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow gradually. This is consistent with Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the transportation and storage sector in 2023, which reached IDR1,231.2 trillion, or an increase of 13.96% over the previous year. In contrast, Indonesia’s logistics performance has suffered a setback. According to Logistics Performance Index (LPI) statistics for 2023, Indonesia scored 3.0 and ranked 61st out of 139 countries. Therefore, this study aims to analyze potential risks and establish a priority scale for mitigation actions that can affect warehouse operational performance. This study utilized the Warehouse Performance Analysis model to identify risk events and the House of Risk model to analyze priority risk agents in mitigation action planning. The result showed that there were 59 risk events and 73 risk agents identified, including 16 risk agents prioritized as critical risk. This study also proposes 28 mitigation actions that can be implemented to mitigate those critical risk.
