ABSTRACT
The present world is highly technology-based, and Bangladesh is marching forward. Over 47 thousand people living with autism in Bangladesh. There are many handless or limbless people.most of them are poor. they haven’t enough money to buy a Prosthetic hand or limb. . Though different company producing prosthetic hand .Those are very high priced and not afordable for middle class and poor people.
so we wanted to make a prosthetic arm with a low cost.which will be affordable for poor people. we tried to use every low-cost parts in our project. The hand is 3D printed. By creating a human hand with tendons, muscle sensor and some electric components shows just how far it is possible to push technology towards developing biologically inspired prosthetics and robotics. We were able to build it at low cost and it worked perfectly.
This thesis subject covers a wide spectrum of engineering disciplines. The root of the system is an innovative mechanical design for a 3D printed prosthetic arm. Modern actuators and electronic circuitry drive the device and provide sophisticated control schemes. Hopefully, this work will be useful to a diverse audience.
