Our work tends to solve the problem of safety and discomfort that arises when the number of public transportations is increased to reduce congestion. Application of Ergonomics Science can be a great way to solve the issue. The seat and handgrips should be enough to accommodate all the passengers and also to achieve the factor of safety especially during rush hours. Distance between handgrips as well as the height of the handgrips should be considered so that any tension is not caused while holding these handgrips. Keeping all this in mind, we will design, perform simulation and manufacture the handgrips and finally compare our manufactured handgrips with the other available ones and come to a conclusion keeping all the factors in mind.
