The Turkish defense industry shines out as an extremely significant example in terms of the history of the Republic, the understanding of the concept of the defense industry and its relations with other fields, and of the future of the defense concept. However, in order to sustain this success, it is necessary to use emerging technologies in the defense industry. The use of additive manufacturing technologies, which is one of these technologies, in the defense industry is one of Türkiye’s country policies. It is also a fact that the success of this policy depends on the presentation of correct technology roadmapping. In this paper, a stakeholder analysis is conducted to provide a technology roadmapping for the integration of additive manufacturing in the defense industry. Several stakeholders including defense industry companies experienced universities and additive manufacturing institutions are considered. In order to contribute to the technology roadmap, the interests, influences, and powers of the stakeholders are trying to be determined.
