Only by the adoption of an appropriate change management scheme, organizations can thrive towards excellence. SAP-LAP has proved to be an ideal tool in that direction. This research illustrates a case study carried out in a cement manufacturing company. The various situations faced by the company during the last three years have been considered for the study and corresponding to that actors, processes, learning, Action & performance have been identified. A matrix has been formed and quantified using prioritized scores. The results highlighted the areas where the management should focus the change management applications. By locating these areas it can be recommended to the actors how to be behaved in such situations and improve the related process accordingly.
