The author elaborates a program to deploy an asset integrity management framework, and introduce a multi-aspects asset management plan for managing physical assets and installation for gas treating plants of National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC). The framework takes into account four strategic viewpoints, including financial, social, operational/technical, and regulatory – and introduce four strategic themes for sustainable physical asset management systems based on PAS55/ISO 55000 international standards.
The presented framework of this paper provides a united gateway for effective integrated management of a typical gas plant which can be adapted and implemented strategic asset integrity management plans in similar organizations, and fulfill the new regulatory requirements.
