This study proposes a new technology for electrical energy generation from car body build with Al2O3 filler Epoxy Resin (ER) sandwiched by Carbon Fiber and Lithium thin plate. This technology has several advantages over the existing energy source of hybrid and electric vehicles. A developed small scale model on proposed car body would be able to produce 30% of total energy pack of 8.46 kWh, to decrease 35% of total car weight which would improve energy consumption by 20% and to provide the heat insulation for the vehicle’s passenger which would reduce energy consumption of the air-conditioning system by 10%. Therefore, the EVs/HEVs would be benefited by 60% in terms of energy efficient from newly developed car body. Furthermore, the newly proposed vehicle body is very much friendly for the environment as it can be recyclable easily for the new product. Based on the overall benefit of the proposed car body has potentiality on the reduction of oil dependency and environmental emission. It is expected that the proposed car body with 16 kWh single charging battery power pack would be able to travel 245 km.
